The L4/ L4D Lower Limb CPM Device

This device not only offers a wide range of motion – from -10° extension to 135° flexion at the knee – but it also fits a wide range of patients, from children to large adults.
The L4D also offers simultaneous hip and ankle motion for total limb CPM treatment.

- HIP: 4° to 100°
- Knee: -10° to 135°
- Ankle: -25° to 45°
- Rate of motion: 30° to 210° per minute
- Patient height: 4’1” - 6’6”
Indications:
Immediate post-operative management after the following where indicated:
- ACL reconstruction
- Open reduction and rigid internal fixation of intra-articular, diaphyseal and metaphyseal fractures
- Capsulotomy and artholysis for post-traumatic arthritis with restriction of motion
- Synovectomy for rheumatoid arthritis and hemophilic arthropathy
- Arthrotomy and drainage of acute septic arthritis
- Surgical release of extra-articular contractures or adhesions (quadricepsplasty)
- Metaphyseal osteotomy with rigid internal fixation of tibia and femur
- Prosthetic replacement (arthroplasty)
- Reconsctruction of medial collateral ligament tears of the knee using a semitendinosus tenodesis
- Reconstructive of medial collateral ligament tears of the knee using a semitendinosus tenodesis
- Reconstructive surgery on bone artilage, tendons and ligaments
- Prolonged joint immobilization
